No they are not, you have been caught in discrepancies and not telling the whole story etc.

So what. He never claimed he did, and why would he personally spoke to you. Do you call CEO of your car company any time you have problem?

E-mails may get lost is cyberspace, blocked because of spam, viruses, etc., as you have learned already by missing important e-mail due to your filter.

Maybe you should have called at the times they are in the office and respond, it appear that you are one that cant get VPI on the phone when everyone else can, including guy from Australia.

Was the machine under warranty? Obviously not. Then why do you expect it to be fixed for free? You wanted to be cheap and not send it for repair. You got part that you installed that now you claim failed after 5 moths. If you do not send them whole thing back how can they determine if it was motor or your fault. Considering that two motors failed on you, guess what is my opinion.

You are lying again. Your post on Audiogone is dated 7/14 the same day Sheila responded to you, and this tread is dated 7/16 two days later. You admittedly did not find that message until few days later thanks to your spam filter.

Geez, I have no idea where you work or which planet you live, but those who live in a real world expect such things to be handled by customer service and service department, not owners, CEOs etc. Get real.

For what purpose? You claim that you already fixed it using part from the original motor manufacturer, so what do you need Henry any more. (Btw, did you change gaskets? I can only see where this is going in a few months, just we will probably never hear about that)
