The variability in the offset angle (as you described in your geometric situation) is not relevant to setting a particular pair of null radii. I have gone through your geometry and understand exactly your point.
NOW EITHER ADMIT YOUR WRONG OR POOVE THAT YOU ARE RIGHT.

That’s correct, using any method will give the same result. SO make sure to eat the humble pie when you find out that you are WRONG
