The Band, New York Academy of Music, New Years Eve 1971 (aka: Rock of Ages).Best concerts I saw:
The Who, first farewell tour, Shea Stadium, Oct 12, 1982.
Neil Young, solo, Hartford Civic Center, Hartford, CT. 1984.
Most interesting concert I saw: David Crosby at Babson College, Wellesley Hills, Ma (September 1980). He talks about this concert in his book ...he was in shit shape, in a shit mood, walked off and his manager finally insisted he enter rehab.Best musicianship I've ever seen live: Jaco Pastorius at The Bottom Line in NYC, 1982. That man could PLAY !
