It seems to dig past some of the surface scratches/scuffs some used records might have, it does not seem to do much for noisy pressings (classic or whoever). How do you return a classic record? just send it? I emailed them once about return info and they never replied. If it is actually their policy to have the customer return and the customer can just send it back, I will tell the guy at my used/new Lp store so he does'nt have to eat them.
