That is terrible to make your dealers eat their returns! I had a defective 24/96 DAD I bought from Music Direct and was told to return it directly to Classic Records as they only except defective returns from customers not dealers. I returned it and it was replaced.Is their policy still the same? If it is let the dealer know the returns have to come from the customer.
I put you down as "Gyger II" fine line stylus and yes to noise and warps. It looks like stylus shape is not the reason some folks get defective Classic Records and others do not. This is getting to be a real enigma!
