Am I understanding this correctly?

The opamp circuit, or the PS? I think I need to look over a schematic because I am not picturing this well in my pea brain.

That part we all know, and this is why it opposes a change in voltage.

Well, if I have 470uF filters, what about a 10uF NP Black Gate and an AudioCap RT for a bypass across the rails? I know it's not as good, but physically getting a 470uF, or larger, cap into play here is not going to happen...
