Well, if you want learn and play with it, go ahead.
But here on AA, (and especially in the Tweakers area,) is not the place to find good advice. :)

Check on DIYaudio.com, for example. I did a quick search and found numerous threads regarding this amplifier. Many tinkerers/technicians have been inside these amps.
