Not sure what you mean. Everything I've described you can find at virtually any well stocked hardware store or your local Home Depot. Just take the description and ask them.

If you mean the cast aluminum box, think thick-walled, sturdy, matt (not beautiful) finish in aluminum. But those boxes usually come from a specific supply store for electricians and not the local hardware store.

Hardware store wire comes in lots of colors.

However, if you want higher quality, check out Chris Ven Haus' site and ask Chris any questions you have. He's truthful, helpful, and an audiophile.
