It depends on where you buy these from. Hong Kong electronics shops tend to sell genuine products. If you buy them on the web, they generally come more expensive; why bother?
You cannot just change opamps without paying attention the the characteristics and the citcuit. The 2107 has half the Gain Bandwith Product of the 2134. It is specified as low noise but it depends on what you use it for.
