The grille cloth might work, but don't know how expensive it might be. You may want to send a message to Jon Risch and ask for his insight. I did mine super cheap and quick with fiberglass rolls from Lowe's and fabric from Wal-Mart for, I believe, less than a hundred dollars on the traps. The larger size GIK Acoustics panels were somewhere around $125. Tweaking can be fun work with satisfying results (usually).
