I'm afraid I don't have any experience with magnets, so I'll just hafta hazard a guess...

There's some diamagnetic material in there somewhere..perhaps bismuth?..

Well, while bismuth is one of the most diamagnetic materials around, it's still VERY weakly diamagnetic and you'd never be able to get it to support something like a piece of audio equipment.

Cause, I'n not quite sure, but I don't think they have any room temp superconductor in that thing..course, I could be wrong..

Could be. Wow. Not only has Gauss' law been overturned, but now we've got room temperature supercponductors and I never even heard about it. There must some ultra top secret classified US government secrets at work here. :)
