I didn't doubt your good experience with Steve- nor should you dismiss my bad experience with him.

You do know how to use "good" words, don't you? Just wonder, besides the facts I stated, how much do you know about our transaction? What make you be so certain that he treated me with a fair attitude and that I asked too much from him? I don't think I did anything unreasonaly by simply asking *if" he is willing to exchange my pair of Tungsram's for better matched ones. He can simply tell me he won't make an exception and I'll accept the fact as part of the sale contract.
Lighten up, will you.
