Ehien:When someome who was given the Steve/Angela Instruments "special" treatment decides to go public with it, invariably about 50% of the replies will be PRO-Steve and 50% will be ANTI-Steve. The PRO-Steve people will never be able to convince the ANTI-Steve people to buy from Steve ever again (nor do they care). Likewise, the ANTI-Steve people won't be able to convince the PRO-Steve people to take their business elsewhere. However, by going public, it might make the people who have never dealt with Steve to think twice about it. Hopefully, they will ask the question: "Is this someone that I want to do business with?"
For the sake of argument, lets say that my 50/50 figure above is way off and its really 80/20. Twenty percent is still quite a high percentage of pissed-off potential customers!
