I understand where you are coming from, but when you charge $400, I expect no less than top-quality work, I don't care how long you take. And when you charge me $100 for parts, they better be superb quality, no Chinese shit. If you cannot provide that service quality for that money, then you shouldn't be in business, period. I know, I am in business and have been in businesses for over 40 years, and the crap work and half-ass repairs I see just tar the good techs with the same brush as greedy, no-nothing people, many who certainly fit that bill.
