Wrong-o. Those coin base are an earlier version of the Sovtex 5881/6L6GCW that came stock in Golden Tube SE-40 amps. Latterly they switched to a regular octal base. Their main blessing is that they could take a lot of punishment.

In Russia since that is the common designation they were also often labelled such.
