Jac agreed with me that the tubes had not performed as expected regardless of the time factor. In the end I had 75% discount on another set.
I am sure most people would be disappointed at having an expensive pair of tubes fail after such little use.After all they only lasted 10% of the guaranteed 2000 hours and failed within 7 months use.
There is no real excuse for any vendor for lack of communication. It doesn't take long to write an email. I just wanted to be kept in the picture, which is reasonable.If Jac had said in December it would take over six weeks to sort out I would have accepted that and waited patiently.
Happily for me the tubes are on the way and I should get them in a few days time.
Who said I wasn't showing any thanks,you are assuming that.
