Your bio lists engineer as occupation, so you should know (unless you meant a Railroad Train operator), but just HOW did you measure the vacuum of a factory-sealed tube? IF instead you meant an electrical measurement of for instance emissions or micro-ohmos, you would need to be familiar with the specific tester used for the measurement, its' state of calibration, & what a *new* tube is supposed to read in that particular tester. IOW your stated 75-80 range is essentially worthless info if provided by another party with no further clarification. Read the Asylums' FAQ section on Tube Testers for info on such devices & what they measure.
