Your bio lists engineer as ocupation, so you should know, but HOW did you measure the vacuum of a factory-sealed tube? IF instead you meant an electrical measurement of for instance emissions or microohmos, you would need to be familiar with the specific tester used for the measurement, its' calibration, & what a *new* tube is supposed to read in that particular tester. IOW your stated 75-80 range is essentially worthless info if provided by another party. Read the Asylums' FAQ section on tube testers for more info on such devices & what they measure.
