There are a MILLION variations on internal construction of 807s. There was a lot of rebranding and a lot of running changes, so the result is that getting two tubes with identical internal guts is not so easy.
As has been mentioned, the 1625 is an 807 with a 12 volt heater.
The 807 is a 25 watt rated disipation tube according to our friends at RCA, so keep that in mind.
Also FYI, the Russian 807s are a pretty darn good tube!
