The av123 forum is probably a better place to ask. However, I woulden't sweat the difference. Biasing is not an exact science in real world practice. All the tubes will be read a little different and will vary over time.You might want to bring the bias up to 1.5 and see how it sounds. Then lower it to 1.15v or so and listen again.
A lot of this is preference.
