Does anyone know the correct bias setting for an Onix SP-3?

is conflicting. The original poster says it is 1.5v and the responder says he is incorrect and that the setting is 1.15v. I was not able to open the thread referenced in the response so I am not sure who is correct. I bought one used and the tubes are all set at about 1.39-1.4 volts. The proper bias setting is NOT in the manual so if anybody knows the correct setting it will be greatly appreciated.
