Since you have a curcio driver I would try a set of 6l6gcs..In my vta modded dyna st70 i use either 6l6gcs or kt88s and I can use the kt88s because I have an upgraded power supply..Try the 6l6gcs tho because you have a good driver stage with the curcio and the 6l6gcs produce as much power plus they are much more linear than an el34.My favorite 6L6gc is the RCA black plates but the svetlanas are good and the GT 6L6GEs are fantastic although very expensive..The reason the dyna st70 used the el34 is becuase it was easy to drive with the weak 7199 drive stage.You wont regret using 6l6s i can almost bet.
