You know the problems your describing ive had the 6922/6DJ8 family of tubes.Now being you have all these tubes prodicing different symptons,you may have all bad 6922s.As i said they are very sensative to heat and microphonics and what i finally did althought some may not agree with it was drop my dc filament voltage by 8 tenths of a volt and it helped tremendously.Ill tell you what.Put the cover on the preamp and see if the hum dissappears.It may be just that simple.
