Of course, this is really a question to the Rogue people, but in general terms, without knowing the topology, the answer is most likely no. In many "classical" tube phono stages the gain is controlled by the feedback loop parameters and will not be affected by tube replacement.

However, there ARE other configurations where such change might increase the gain, but I would not do such experimentation blindly.

Contact the manufacturer - always your best advice. Unless you are extremely comfortable with circuits. Believe or not, usually tube choice is not done randomly, but for some good reason.
