The tube change was a good one then, for sure. Your transformers will last alot longer and everything else as well. I had similar results with a change from SV6550C to Ei KT-90. Less than half the radiating heat coming from the tubes and completely eliminated a buzzing transformer. Nice when you get these unexpected results, isn't it? Enjoy the unstrapped sound.
