Dear Readers and Experts Alike,
My Company and I just had a problem with a part provided by Welborne Labs and I just wish to say that Ron Welborne is a gentleman and a fine business person.
He promptly took my calls, gave advise, discussed issues and a fine resolution by enacting warranty provisions and in 2 days I was back in business.
I highly recommend your next equipment and tube purchase from Ron.
I value him highly as a respected member of the Audio Community.
By the way, the part(s) were very expensive and fully warrantied after a 2 month breakdown...we both assume it to be a fluke.
