YECH,You don't even have to OD. Just take a couple of extra strength tabs twice a day, for a year or two---and then take a liver enzyme panel. I wouldn't be surprised if the enzymes came back elevated.
When a person OD's on Tylenol with Codeine, often it's the acetaminophen that does the permanent damage.
A bad liver leads to ascites, which looks like a bloated belly and long bleed times--along with the more well-known jaundice. It's not nice to be bad to your liver.
