Just to note, I didn't just listen to the Franck. I've had many Naxos recordings over the years. Until I really upgraded my gear past mid-fi they were one of my favorite labels. For the most part, they don't sound nearly as good to me now. Another AA 'mate with whom I occasionally meet feels the same way.However,to repeat, I wouldn't discourage anyone from trying them. They are reasonable enough in price for people to decide for themselves. And as some posters have noted, including myself, they offer recordings of some obscure but worthwhile works.
