Ko Ko and Parker's Mood really do provide great examples of Bird's art. But you know one other one that has always killed me? "Embraceable You." The melody he invents in the opening bars could stop your heart it's so pretty, and it's not till later you realize how brilliantly he reworked the musical materials of the original.
But then there are so many other incredible compositions and performances...
