I contacted the Sony Music and the Cleveland Orchestra. (I contacted the LAPO a month earlier, voicing mere suspicion based on the video footage I've seen. I still have no opinion of Dudamel as an orchestral conductor.) Aside from this forum, I haven't really discussed it much. It's up to the copyright owner to pursue this. (For all I know, permission may have been granted.) I only discuss it because of the challenges more than anything else.
I think what will eventually happen is this will break out elsewhere. (What might change a lot of minds here is an independent party making the exact same claim.) I think it's too obvious not to do so. If it stays dormant, at least those here were made aware. People are free to believe one way or the other.
