Sorry if I appeared pedantic--that wasn't my intent. As for the basset horn sketch, I've never seen the music, but evidently it's not identical with the first movement of K.622. In fact, the basset horn version is assigned a different Koechel number (K.584b)--see link.
As for the trombone, there are indeed no baroque concertos, but there is a Concerto for Alto Trombone by Georg Christoph Wagenseil (1715-1777), recorded a number of years ago by the Concentus Musicus of Vienna. A pleasant piece of fluff, it certainly doesn't "push the envelope" of trombone technique.
