Ordered forthwith from--of ALL people?!?!--Overstock.com. And many, many thanks.Since the research was so awesome--my usual Amazon (US & UK), Tower, Berkshire) databases had drawn a blank, as had the Library--let me in on your secret re. list of suppliers. My guess? Google?
As to the Penguin Guide, feel free to describe Messrs. Greenfield and March as the ignorant members of the masses (!) that they truly are. But, pal, you'd better exclude Robert Layton who (on the Beeb and in the Gramophone) was responsible for some of my better extra-mural musical education, espec. re. the Frozen North.
And as to Jags, 'course I include 'em in the annals of consumerist wickedness. Thought youse guys in MA were Puritans, anyway? This socialist--like most others--condemns all luxuries unless someone wants to hand out a freebie in his direction!!!!
