It's trivia time. I will regale you with some of my Italian language know how so you can amaze your friends.
"Archi" is Italian for "arch" or in this case, something "arched" as in a bow to run accross violin strings.
"Budelli" refers to the lining in someones stomach. It's the plural for "budella" or "guts". In the old days they used to use the "guts" from the stomach to string a violin.
Hence, Archibudelli or bow and strings.
Ain't I too much?!?!
