Simply echoing what many have said already. Example...don't fall in love with a Magnepan LRS+ after you've initially purchased a 30 watt amp. The speaker choice is the most critical part of system building. Then you'll have a much clearer picture when choosing an amp. With the speaker choice settled, you can now choose an amp that best fits the speaker's specs and its particular demands. These are basic steps if you hope to achieve any form of long term system synergy.
