If your budget is $1600 for all three pieces, take Wadia off your list. It is too expensive and won't pair well with the rest of the components in your budget.
I would concentrate getting the most amp and speakers you can afford and spend a little on a DAC and upgrade it later. The Sonus Faber and the Lintons will leave little money left for amp and DAC.
I would go used. About 750 for amp and 750 for speakers and add one of the cheaper Schitt DACs.
For used integrated I like the Heed Elixir.
