there is a reasonable amount of information on the web, if you search for it
there are experiences of others who have used this particular amp on the web and here in the Asylum - click on the link below
Additionally, your question is not new, the Asylum has a wealth of information hidden in old posts - a search for SFS-40 will yield results (same link below)

And, having said all this- and what others have replied on this and the prior thread,
IT is OK to connect your 11 Ohm speakers to the amp and listen.
Perhaps not the standard design, but that is in part what Sonic Frontiers were trying to do-
