I have emailed Chris Johnson directly recently twice with no response. I also emailed 'tech@partsconnexion' with a Sonic Frontiers question with no response. However SF questions are usually referred to Chris personally so it isn't surprising whatever circumstance are causing the problem.
I agree that Chris Johnson is usually very helpful and forthcoming so I'm wondering if he is ill or if there is some other misfortune.
