Not really any dissatisfaction, other than with a crapload of CD players, most of which sucked the big one, and some of which just sucked the little one. I'm just really curious about exploring different approaches to sound reproduction.
If I had to pick one component I'd be least likely to sell, it would be my Sequerra PA-1 preamp. It's really special, even though it's solid state, and I'm more of a tube guy. However, if someone offered enough to fund an exploration into Komuro's, or JC Morrison's, or Josh Stippich's stuff, I'd sell it in a heartbeat.
Maybe I just need to start experimenting with DIY. I've certainly thought a lot about it.
