Yeah, but when my local record shop closed, a lot of folks lost the chance to just wander around in the place and discover stuff. Mail order is fine if you know what you want in advance. I won't miss the big box shops of the world, but I do miss For the Record. Ironically, the Barnes and Noble book stores in our area are picking up some of the slack. The two-story (!) store at the Holyoke (MA) mall is very impressive, for both records and books. So it's not the kind of store but how it's implemented. Can you implement a store?
