Switch the amp off before making any changes.Swap the speaker cables at the amp and see if the imbalance shifts.
If not, your amp (and front end) is OK and the problem is with your speakers, speaker cables or your room.
If the problem moved, next swap the interconnect cables at the input of the amp and see if the balance shifts. If it did, the amp is OK and the issue is coming from the cables or preamp.
Swap the interconnect cables at the output of the preamp. No effect- bad cables. Problem moves- preamp. You can move to the sources the same way.
