Switch the amp off before making any changes.Swap the speaker cables at the amp and see if the imbalance shifts.
If not, your amp is OK. Next swap the interconnect cables at the amp and see if the balance shifts.
If not, your source is OK and the problem is with your speakers or your room. Swap the speakers left to right to eliminate the possibility that one of the speakers is defective.
