No it wouldn’t. For example, I can easily measure changes for MHz and GHz radio signals in wire, but that’s meaningless since we can’t hear frequency components that high.So just because you can measure something, it doesn’t mean you can hear it. You need to first correlate the two - and no cable vendor has bothered to do that.
