I often hear how long it takes to burn in a piece of equipment for review before a professional reviewer can do any serious listening. Sometimes weeks to months. This seems to be a waste of the reviewer's time. Why not send him/her the equipment burned in so they can get on with the review much sooner? This just seems to be common sense. Who really cares how something sounds right out of the box? That's irrelevant as far as I can see. Does this make sense to anyone else?
