Steve, Jack Bybee is talking about the velocity of propagation---Not electron velocities. Most transmission lines have a close to speed of light velocity of propagation. Superconducting components apparently have very close to or light velocity of propagation. Jack Bybee doesn't personally give a damn what you personally think of him, but he is a physicist and his filters work. Unfortunately, his business partner, who is a CPA, wrote the discription on the website. I wish that he had not, because I have to go out of my way to defend Jack Bybee to cynics like you. You can pick holes in the explanation, but there is a good deal in information in it. Too bad that you can't see the forest for the trees. CD demagnitizing works also, I've heard it demonstrated to me.
