No, I haven't compared other devices addressing jitter.
I was attracted to the JISCO because of its simplicity (less is more), the fact that it didn't need an extra digital cable and shelf space, and that it could handle 44.1 to 96 mHz sampling rates.

I took a risk in ordering it since your not covered by the trial period if you live outside the European Community (I live in the US). But after reading the literature and communicating with its designer, Charles Altmann, I was sold to the idea and impressed by the concept.

I'm happy to say that I don't regret my decision. The JISCO does what it says it does.
