i second the discovery plus 4.

it was originally a $600 interconnect and they are sold direct for $300. they can be picked used for $150-$200 for 1 meter.

however they have a slightly different sonic signature of the xlo. the xlo is a little leaner/revealing. the discovery has a "silky" top top end and nice mid with outstanding bass.

if you want more resolution, the xlo signature 1 series is very good and goes for $200 - $275

some more suggestions are wireworld eclipse I or II and straightwire serenade. both are very nice full bodies cables.

btw, all the cable mentioned have been stereophile or TAS reccommened aat one time or another( not that it means anything) but are well spoken of is the discussion forms.

imo think getting a good used ex$600 cable (new retail) for $150-$250 used beats a new $200 cable hands down. ( btw, somebody i am open minded- somebody please prove me wrong and turn me on to a cable that can top straightwire crescendo's interconnects in my system).
