I made a 7ft pair of speaker cables with this product. Terminations were WBT NextGen 0610CU Locking Bananas at both end. Purchased from VH Audio, who offers good prices

Quality and ease of termination: The cable is pretty flexible and termination was quick. The soft innsulation has to be stripped carefully to avoid cutting the fine copper strands below.

Listening report: I had a Kimber 8TC (similar length, factory banana termination) to compare with. Music used was primarily classical (symphonic and choral pieces) as well as Jazz (mostly Duke Ellington 1960s records)

I did A/B testing using my wife (not an audio geek but a careful listener).
Both cables were left on the floor between amp and speaker, and she couldn't see which was connected at any time.

Furutech break-in period is long.

Test 1: (After 2-3 days) Kimber 8tc seemed better.

Test 2: (After 8-9 days of nonstop use) Furutech crept ahead.

Test 3: (After 3 weeks) Furutech was noticeably superior, kind of like a component upgrade. One test piece was a fantastic recording of Ellington and Armstrong (the only recording they made together). When I switched from Kimber 8tc to Furutech my wife said : "That saxophone suddenly became totally real." (No, she doesn't read audiophile reviews.) Indeed the microphonics and sense of reverberation was quite uncanny. This is a very good recording from 1961!

We used Choral pieces (eg Czech Symphony's amazing 2017 recording of Dvorak Requiem and Anne Sophie von Otter's version of Brahms Rhapsody) and the Furutech was much better at giving a sense of where everything was located on the stage, and distinguishing individual voices in the large groups.

I am very happy with this cord.
