flawed Oyaide, anyone using the 037 connectors?

Duster: The Oyaide in question is the real deal without doubt. Purchased directly by me from a merchant who is a dealer for Oyaide. I'm wondering, if anyone here besides me is currently using the 037, and perhaps they could take a close look and tell us if this is common to their connector as well. As I said earlier, I don't remember if the 079's I had featured the same flaw, but I'll say they didn't because I didn't notice it at the time. Perhaps Oyaide's plating process doesn't work as well with the much 'harder' Rhodium finish?
