TACT was founded in 1998 and it was owned 50/50 by Dr. Radomir Bozovic (Boz) and Peter Lyngdorf.
The American Dr. Radomir Bozovic (Boz) did the DSP codes for "room correction" products.
Peter Lyngdorf is a Dane, and he bought the analog switching amp technology from Tocatta in Denmark, and it was used in the first TACT amplifiers. So TACT was both American and Danish.
Today the two owners have split up.
So TACT products are changing name to Lyngdorf audio, and it is located in Denmark. Peter Lyngdorf have invested in a new danish company to do the "room correction".
See www.lyngdorf.com and www.tactaudio.comBut TACT products are also changing name to BOZ audio, located in USA. Dr. Radomir Bozovic (Boz) develops these products.
See www.bozaudio.com and also www.tactlab.comAfter some time I asume the TACT trademark will be gone, replaced by Boz and Lyngdorf.
Start at this link first, and select USA on the left link and Denmark on right link.

When I owned Tact gear, I remember speaking with someone named Boz about how to program the 2.2. Is it the same guy?

Started Danish. Bought out by Texas Instruments few years ago, but may have been split off since then. The Eur and US units seem to have some independance.
