This was a bad batch of epoxy, for sure, Ron. The stuff wasn't any harder than a jelly bean! Also, epoxy does not always adhere well to painted surfaces, so it's really a better practice to apply it to the base metal/surface. And some epoxies are horrible with certain plastics like nylon (standoffs). All of them are pulling off their foundations and will have to be repaired. I would certainly consider drilling the chassis to achieve proper anchoring of the terminal boards, despite the fact that, yeah, a few more screws will be visible from the top. I'm going to do this to my amps when I've the time. I would have been happy to pay a little more in production costs (if that is an issue -- and I can appreciate that)if it would have saved me from doing what I have to do now.erik
